Beautiful property, adorable cabin! Under new management, the Double R was just the get away my family was looking for. Perfect for those that like the quiet of the outdoors with the comforts of modern living. I took my family (4 little kids) for a quiet get away and we were not disappointed. The cabin balcony offered a peaceful spot for my wife and I to read while still maintaining a watchful eye on the children, who were able to explore the property for hours with complete freedom. For the more adventurous, it was obvious the beautiful Nebraska sandhills could have kept us busy for days. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at Sandhill Double R Ranch. There is a lot of history and beauty that truly makes this place incredible. The owner is so sweet, and it was my pleasure to get to know her. The cabins are clean and are secluded which gave us privacy. I loved it and can't wait to go back!

What a special place, run by a special lady! We loved our time at Sandhill Double R Ranch and were thrilled to see the beauty of the Nebraska Sand Hills first hand. The land seems to stretch forever, and the night sky—stunning! We were happy to slow down to take in the peace and tranquility of this special place… Fishing, hiking, bird watching … It's a wonderful place to take life at a different speed!
